    based on the number plate, they are very important and wealthy. he probably paid well in excess of $1 mill usd for the plate alone

    Which is dumb. Pissing contest comes to mind. I'm the last person to say anything about someone spending gratuitous amounts of money on things I they earned it legally and whatnot, but really? 1 milli on a damn plate? Come on...give me a break.
