Thread: Thanks to Symbolic......

I had a car dropped off to Symbolic for an inspection and thankfully I did because they found a laundry list of problems. I cant stress enough an inspection on every car no matter where or who you buy from.

I would like to thank Symbolic very much for getting a full and detailed report out to me in a timely manor and speaking to me on the phone for well over 45 min.

I would not hesitate to ever deal with their service department, it was a pleasure

I prefer to keep the car and dealer hush right now. They blatantly lied to me and will be given the opportunity to pay me back for the costs of the inspection.

I will be writing a full report tomorrow.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad to hear that Lee took care of you at our service department. It is always a good idea to get a PPI done at an authorized dealer like ours if possible. You can always shine up a car and make it look good on the outside, but it is what's underneath that really counts.
