glad someone said it. A lot of people don't realize that any pictures put on facebook can legally be used for what ever facebook chooses to. The main reason why I throw watermarks on all the pictures that I do not want to be used for anything.

It probably wasn't facebook themselves. Just some affiliate marketer who found the picture somewhere to use in one of his ads. I have a buddy who runs an affiliate marketing group who do a lot of social ads on facebook, and they just grab pictures of girls from anywhere they can find them
