Rear ended...
Went out for a ride with some friends yesterday...10 minutes into in, some meat head plows into the Porsche that was behind me, and the Porsche gets punted into me...
At least my car looks better than the Porsche and the Audi that started it all...

1. I would never post pictures of that on the internet
2. I would not go though insurance unless the cost was 10,000 + (car fax KILLS values)
The exotic car world is small, the buyers are even smaller. Now everyone knows a Verde LP560 was involved in a rear end bender. Not to many Verde LP's around ........ Now the question will always be asked "is this the one that got hit"
My two cents

Well, luckily I have good insurance...Accident was yesterday. I called them today, they are looking at it tomorrow..
But I couldn't resist, and I had to try my hand at Auto Body....Let me just say, normally, I suck at this kind of stuff...But I think it came out pretty good!!
Yes...This is the 'after' pic...

I could care less. I'm a stand up guy, and would never try to 'hide' anything. So I guess you're telling me to be dishonest with someone who 'might' buy my car if/when I decide to sell it??? Would you appreciate it if I did this to you??
Over what?? A cracked bumper from a 5 mph bump???
Sorry, not going to happen.
I'd rather have pics all over, documenting the entire thing. This way any potential buyer won't just 'hear' that the car was in some kind of crash, not knowing all the details, and walk away.
Plus, I do not buy cars as an investment...I'll probably have 30k miles on this car by the time I sell it. So if you think I'm worried about a broken diffuser spoiling the sale, you're wrong.
