Why do people seam to get surprised at stories like this? Do people really think employers and law enforcement are completely inept with the internet? Moral of the story: If you post a video of yourself doing something illegal, you deserve to get busted.

People post up street racing and illegal driving related videos all day long. As long they can't prove it was you driving and the location of the incident, it shouldn't be an issue.
