I agree with Thenewblack. The product should meet the claim regardless the price. Anyhow, I am glad you have a functional bumper now.
LOL, we didn't say anything about him being cheap. Of course we would all want to save money, but a $1500 Lamborghini bumper? Thats like buying a 40k Gallardo. You get what you pay for.

No of course not, but in this case the OP overpaid for his pile of junk bumper. If he would've went with a reputable manufacture he wouldn't be dealing with this headache.

im more concerned about how it will fit the car. however, that said i too have done the same thing in the recent past lol. i bought a clean rear bumper from a crashed car but received a piece of shit. i just threw it away and got my money back. definitely bait and switch. lol

That's a really good point. I just contacted the guys about mocking it up before they start the prep and wrap to make sure it's all a go.

With the effort and money spent to make it fit, the repairs are probably negligible. If the bumper fits and the labor is reasonable, I'd say you did fine overall on this transaction.

    Been there with ebay bumpers

    I got what I expected

Ultimately I needed a cheap fix on a lease turn in.
