Yeah, I know about the screws, but I was told they dont have a replacement strap. Maybe thats where the need for custom comes in. I would love to replace the black leather strap with a rubber one some time in order to dress it down a bit.

yep, flip the watch over, un-tighten the two screws and the pieces will come out in a U shape split in the middle. install the new strap and re-tighten and you're good to go

If thats all it takes, I just need the right sized screw driver. Where do I get the the right one?
