Default Bought a pair of Piloti LMP's. What's your experience?

So, I have been looking for a good pair of hightop driving shoes. I have a black pair of Piloti Prototipo's. They are very comfy, but I'm not a big fan of low top shoes. I bought a pair of LMP's off the net, in yellow and black. Which is only slightly better then the blue and yellow choice. I don't know why they don't make an all black or red and black version. So, I get them in the mail, put them on, pull the laces tight and snap. One of the lace holes broke out. The holes are very clase to the edge, so I can understand that happening. What I can't understand is why they were designed that way. I am about 10 minutes from piloti. I have called the customer service extension a few times last week. I left messages, but haven't heard back. I am hoping I can bring them back and get an exchange. Maybe they are away at an event or something.

So, what is your experience with Piloti? Good company? Good products?

StI'll no answer, by phone. So I went by the office today. It looks to be intact, but no one was there.

I think they are at the SEMA show in Vegas. You would think they would have left a hottie behind to answer the phone.
