Formula Drift, RD 1 Long Beach CA Recap
Flew out to Cali last Thursday for RD1 of the Formula D championship series and the weekend did not disappoint. It has become very clear that we will be needing a very broad life insurance policy and attorney retainer for every city we go to.
All in all I had a great time, the cars and drivers were sick and our team did really well and considering we will be running the whole season we have a great opportunity to do very well!
After seeing this live I have the utmost respect for these guys!
Near collision, the lead driver spun out...bad place to do that...just sayin
I'll post more once they are released, I have some more from the pit area and the whole event!-Mike-

I've known Matt Powers for quite some time now. Great to see him standing on that podium with a budget 1/8th the size of the factory drivers
