I agree Chuck.
The only point I was trying to make by posting the example videos (can't believe I forgot WRC!), is that there is a lot more out there in motorsport that is equally, if not more exciting to watch than nascar - IMO. I do not mean to diminish the skills involved. I just find it a boring spectacle - with the exceptions of the road courses - Watkins Glen and the Busch race in Montreal. Even the Sears Point (Infineon) race is not super exciting.
I'm also a fan of NHRA and a huge fan of MotoGP and World Superbike.

I forgot about it too. I believe as far as overall driver skill and car control, F1 and WRC are the kings. Blasting inches from trees at 90+ mph in the snow and dirt. Beats the hell outta circling a track. F1 was great back in the 90s and still is but i miss those v12s. Drifting is fun to watch as well. lots of crashing that you can enjoy due to not driving fast. Love it.
