Default Ferrari officially confirmed 3 year deal with Alonso

Ferrari officially announced their signing of a 3yr contract with Alonso.
He is replacing Kimi who has not announced his 2010 destination yet.

I honestly think Alonso matured after he left McLaren. Now that he is not driving in a competitive car he appreciates having a good car more.
If you noticed he does not blame his crew and car much anymore. I used to hate him but now I don't hate him as much...

Kimi is rumored to be going to McLaren but not finalized yet. But now that Ferrari announced that Kimi is leaving it should come out soon.

I think Ferrari asked him to leave because from most of his interviews it seemed like Kimi was determined to finish out his contract.
Too bad because Kimi is a great driver only when he has motivation. Now that he's leaving he won't be very motivated to perform.

Slam him all you want. As of now, he's driving a sh*tbox car, He's currently 5th in drivers points ahead of Hamilton and Ferrari is 3rd in constructors points ahead of McLaren. Whats everyone elses excuse if they are soo much better drivers in better equipment?

on a serious note, i am wondering if he left on his own will, or did ferrari kindly push him along to be replaced by Alonso ?
