Mercedes powered RedBull with Vettel and Webber?
Mercedes powered and recently increased its partnership with - Brawn GP with Button and new driver?
Ferrari has ceased development on their 09 car and has already been developing their 2010 contender. Remember, this worked very well for Honda. Their 2008 car was a total POS in 2008 and mid season stopped development on their, then current car, in favor of "their" 2009 car, which is the car that Brawn inherrited, and came out of the box fast. If Ferrari gets the same development jump and has Massa and Alonso driving?
No doubt McLaren, Mercedes, Hamilton, Raikkonen will be fierce!

You know McLaren is developing 2010 chassis as well.
Ferrari is just using this as an excuse reason for losing.

Red Bull is powered by Renault this year. Ferrari's strategy of stopping all development on the F60 is a very good thing. As was mentioned Honda did that and look at the Brawn now. Instead of having half the development squad on the '09 model and the other half on the '10 model they have all hands on deck which could be a good strategy.
But I feel the reason Brawn is doing so well besides early development is that they aren't bothered by corprate issues its just a bunch of racers taking it to the big guys which is what should happen but at this level of motorsport it won't happen. Hopefully when the stake Mercedes has in Brawn takes effect Mercedes wont take that indepent feel Brawn has at the moment.
