Track Day: Cayuga, Ontario, Canada, Sept 20
It looks like I'll be back out abusing my little hatchback in another couple of weeks. I had a great time during my last outing, and even though my car is severely underpowered, I still wasn't the slowest guy out there!
Zoom Zoom!

If anyone is interested in checking it out, the cost is $99 and just PM me for the details (it's organized by another local forum here in Canada).Last edited by StreetPreacher; 09-04-2009 at 01:57 PM.

The day started well, but the outcome wasn't quite as positive as last time. During the final session I started to hear a metallic tapping noise echoing off the barrier on the main straight, and although I hoped it was coming from the passing WRX, it turned out to be me...

REPPIN (For better or for worse
)

The Yaris was killing it. We were both getting held up by a few new guys in Speed3s and WRXs.

The motor is pretty much a write off, so if anyone has a spare FS-DE kicking around then please let me know
. It was a surprisingly fun track car so I might even beef her up with some forged internals/boost and keep it as a project!

No worries, but thanks anyways. I have other transportation so it hasn't really been a problem
I've had this car for too long as it is though, so I think I was just looking for a reason to move on...
I know the site sponsors deal mostly in exotic wheels, but if anyone can help me out with something sporty in the $20k range then I'd appreciate it.
