    Default Racing Ear plugs/headsets recommendations

    Looking for someone to point me in the right direction on these. I pick up my wired helmet tomorrow, but I've heard that most prefer molded headphones instead of the inside helmet speakers.

    ^^^All of the drivers I've worked with from Indy cars to Challenge, use inn ear - phones.
    There are generic earphones - basically a foam ear plug with mini speaker in it, but the serious drivers have custom molded earbuds made. These are much more comfortable and can be worn for longer periods of time. Our team crew headsets are from Racing Radios and the radios themselves are Motorola.

    custom molded and I believe she can add internals for radios, mp3 players, etc...
