Thread: The Ridge Motorsports Park Tour

It's hard to believe that eight short months ago, The Ridge Motorsports Park was nothing but trees, stumps and shrubs. Rod and his crew at RG Construction have done an incredible job dreaming, designing, and bringing this complex to life. A big thank you goes out to Trevor Cobb and the team at Hooked on Driving for setting up the tour and parade laps this weekend.
A few of us met in Bellevue and drove out to Shelton WA together. When we arrived, all manor of cars were waiting, from Ferrari Scuderia's to believe it or not, an Acura MDX! Trevor gave us a rundown of the days events followed by Rod telling the story of how the trace came to fruition. The 2.5 mile track will definitely be a destination for racers and track day junkies across the country. The entire complex will also include a drag strip, autocross lot, and there is talk of building a hotel on site with a dedicated member clubhouse. I see big things happening here.

looks like a nice time and beautiful region to have a track at, reminds me of Limerock and VIR

It's a beautiful place for sure. The wind was crazy while we were out though. I got home to find I had dust and water spots from the rain all over my lenses .
