I have it in my quick links as a save thread. That's how I've always found it.

216.4 this morning. I ran yesterday, 26 minutes. Felt pretty good, I covered .42 miles more than the first run in the same time!

Still going strong over here, but not losing any weight. I have been in the gym every day riding the bike and lifting weights, but I think the muscle / fat loss is hiding my progress. I don't seem to be losing anything, but I feel like I am.

I'm still in the gym every single day riding the bike and now lifting weights pretty heavy. The weight loss has definitely slowed, but I can definitely tell it's all coming together. I am at 276 now, hoping to be at 274 tomorrow morning which will be the lowest weight I have been in about 12-13 years. Here's to working hard today.

Still hitting the gym everyday and staying right at 275 minus cheat days. I feel great even with the scale not moving.

I know it's reshaping me though.

Good job guys. I enjoy following your progress.
Lord Stanley you seem to have the right mindset for weight loss. Don't focus on the number, It's just a number. If you are feeling better through a cleaner diet and exercise then it's working
What are your goals?

My overall goal was to be around 230lbs, but now that I am lifting weights and starting to thin out along with it I don't know that I want to go that low now. I'm thinking 250 now with the extra muscle might have me the perfect size I'm looking for.
Trying not to focus on that lower number but it's tough. I definitely see a difference even with the numbers staying the same though.
