I've never used blogger, but Word Press is pretty awesome.
I like S/C V8s:
2011 Cadillac CTS-V Coupe
2004 Ford SVT F-150 Lightning

blogger sucks - it's a closed system - training wheels for bloggers. can you even get your own domain name?
wordpress is better but it should be a lot better. one problem is that you have to update it all the time. hackers are pretty into it and, once they crack the current version, your blog will be hacked unless up update immediately. what happens when your blog gets hacked? with mine, they put invisible porn-related words everywhere which decimated my Google ranking. after one year, i still only get 1/5 the google traffic i used to.
w/ wordpress, there is an active developer community pounding out all sorts of interesting add-ons.

What are you planning to use it for? As chuck said, Blogger is closed while wordpress is open.

I use wordpress - it's very user friendly and has all you need to launch a top rated blog - just add content worth reading.
