today wasnt the best day

woke up early to do paper work for a property we sold a few weeks ago
when i got there the escrow company did not include the damn "deed of trust" so i had to go to a postal store to have it faxed over, but the county clerk will not accept faxed copies so i have to "white out" the labels on the top of each page, then have my clients sign it get it notarized, well the copy machine didnt work, had to go somewhere else to make a copy, i mean it looked really bad in front of clients, and this entire ordeal lasted about 2hrs

found out that the mini has a thermostat leak, gonna take it to the dealer tomorow for warranty work and i have free maintenance so i also get my 30K service done for free

then i find out that since business has been slowly picking up, i can NO longer attend the GoldRush rally, right after i found a copilot

to top it all off the LAKERS lost today at HOME

then the GF gets home all late from work, pickin up on other peoples slack

i hope tomorow is better

Cinco de Mayo was a better day for me!

today 2 of my friends celebrate their bdays, one has work and the other is out of town, so we will have to party it up this weekend

a few buddies and i visited 2 RC companies today and got a tour for each facility, HPI Racing High Performance Radio Control (RC or R/C) Cars Trucks and Buggies. and OFNA Racing only thing is there are NO pics allowed so i have nothing to post sorry

also today more good news came along my way, all the service and repairs for the Mini was free of charge, i dropped the car off at Crevier BMW/Mini, and they did exceptional work, the car was done on time and it even came with a decent comp'd car wash!!!

then while driving over to my buddies house to kick it for a minute, i received an email saying that i have passed my California Licensing test to become a notary public, so its official im a licensed CA notary public, and i will start practicing in 4-6 weeks, when all my papers arrive and when i get all my "equipment"

the rest of the day was spent chillin, talkin shop, and taking some photos!!!

Uhm the first one is a Luminor 1950 8 Days GMT (PAM 00233) (well that is what I think)
Not sure if it's the 8 or the 10 days GMT, but I think the 8 since the 10 days GMT got the 9 at the left and this one doesnt.

I'm not sure about the second one aswell but I guess it's the Luminor Marina Militare (PAM 00217) since the déclic is on the left and there is a small sweep hand aswell.

So am I right and what do I win now?

today i have some catching up to do

i got this pelican case from Andrew (sikklightning) awhile back but i never had a chance to take pics and post it up so here it is

this is a great case, it pretty much will protect your gear 24/7
only drawback is size and weight, doesnt really bother me tho

i also got this in the mail


i've been selling so much stuff on eBay i became a power seller

and today LAKERS took game 2 vs the Rockets
lots of physical play
derek fisher got ejected
ron artest got ejected
wafer got kicked out by his own coach because they had a heated exchange of words
great game and much props go to "our" MVP Kobe Bryant, who scored 40points


cant wait for game 3
