Thread: Koenigsegg CCXR Crashed

So apparently this car was crashed in Johannesburg, South Africa. Got some serious panel beating going on here... I did not even know there was a CCXR in South Africa.

Rough....

This car crashed in March 2011, and the images you posted are from October 2011 when they were still trying to get it repaired...But thanks for sharing nevertheless

Oh, thanks for the update! I believe they are still trying to fix it...

There is alot o intersting roumors about the owner to this car. If i remember correct he was shot and killed. He owned a striptease chain. Hes murder i think was somehow connected to the murder of Uri (?) Gemballa, founder of Gemballa styling company.. Dont remember everything exactly but look it up, it was interesting reading.

He owned a Koenigsegg CCX this is a CCXR.

Think this was one belonged to LOLLY JACKSON.
Was murdered a while ago yes,had a lot of serious cars and displayed and drove them regularly.

Correct, i took it from the back of my head. He owned a CCX, nothing else.. If im not mixing it up again, didnt the owner of this one also own the Trevita in SA?

I think you might be correct with that! I am not sure if the Trevita is still in South Africa. I have an update on the CCXR however and they have repaired it!
