Thread: one of a kind custom set paraiba tourmaline and imperial topaz rings

these one of a kind pieces came from the same collection as the beautiful tiffany pieces i listed earlier. these are one of a kind pieces you will never see anywhere, custom made setting around the stone. the retail prices of these settings is about $30k each, and they take about 100 hours to make, by hand, with platinum wire, really cool stuff. the first one is a paraiba tourmaline, a very very rare stone that comes from one small smile in paraiba brazil, they are VERY EXPENSIVE stones, but nothing has a color a life in it quite like this. the original buyer paid $245k for it just 4 years ago, it is available at the truly wholesale price of just $95k. the piece is breathtaking at about 13 carats.



this one is made by the same guy, obviously, and in my opinion is a real steal. the stone is called imperial topaz and comes from just 2 places in the world, russia and brazil if memory serves.
it varies in price with color, and the ones this sherry wine colored are the most valuable and rare. this seeing is fantastic as well and i love the small emerald cut diamond in the setting. this ring is just 30k, i know, JUST its a big number, but the setting would cost you that if you could get one made. remember all hand made by wire by one guy start to finish and it takes him about a month.

the topaz is sold, but the beautiful tourmaline is still available
