Thread: Help with graduation ring design

Hi guys first time poster here.
Ok so next year I'm going to be graduating from university (2 of them actually ).

Because of that I really want a unique ring that will represent my work between both these places. I already have a freaking awesome goldsmith that can make anything I ask of him from scratch. Problem is he only does what he is shown. And I don't want one of those generic rings a la jostens (no offense to anyone that has one).

So I now this is kind of general but do you guys have any suggestions to making a cool unique ring?

P.S. I'm going with yellow or rose gold and probably no diamonds.

What will your degrees be in?

1) Are you male/female
2) What are your school colors, or your favorite school colors of the 2 in this case
