    Default **Neat Anniversary Ring Project**

I made this for my best friend Danny, he also does a lot of setting and repair work for me locally. He wanted a nice gift for he and his wifes 7th anniversary. He wanted "major bling" and lots of stones, but in a unique design that would make it stand out and be different. I love being given a blank slate to work from. After sending him a CAD rendering of the design I came up with he said "game on, lets dooooo iiiit" I was amazed at the outcome, I really hit a home run with this one!! There are 95 stones in this ring for a total carat weight of 3.04 carats set into 14K white gold.

Is the flat bottom a new style? Very different. I`ve never seen that before.

Bling is what he got, that`s for sure, whats the weight of the center stone?

Not a new style, its called a European shank. If I remember the center stone was about .60 carats.

Does the euro shank prevent the ring from rotating on the finger?

Very cool. My understanding is that it does prevent turning of the ring and better balances larger stones on a setting. But, also a cool cosmetic appearance as well.

I think the setting is cool in how it gives a ridiculous side profile. Really cool ring.

I wonder if my gf would like the shank style... For future reference.
