Default Know of a good way to clean yellow/white gold jewelry?

I have a few necklaces and bracelets made of white gold that I want to clean (want them shine nicely).

What are some methods you guys use?

I had one of my necklaces covered with rhodium plating to look new but i think it took away from the natural look it once had.

Well since Gold doesn't tarnish, the dirtiness of it is due to body oils, lotions etc...

Just put some warm water in a bowl with soap

Place the jewelery in there for a few mins.

Take out dry, and rub down with a polishing cloth.

I recalled my sister having a jewelry party, like a topperware party, at her house. Her jeweler friend was asked this same question about cleaning gold jewelry. He said the best thing to use is Palmolive diswashing liquid. It takes out the oils and dirt while being gentle.

How about silver jewelry? I need a good polishing cloth that does not show scratches for a dog tag. Any recommendations?

Ultrasound bath, it's work for everything (small particle)

to polish use a bath with baking soda or electrolyze, but I don't remember the material of electrode

Plastic tub, put Aluminium foil in the bottom. Sprinkle baking soda onto the jewellery then pour in boiling water.

Edit: then any normal jewellery cloth will be fine.
