Pacific Beach (San Diego), CA, Tower23, nice place
So I'm in SD for a conference, downtown was booked so I headed out to the beach. Tower23, nice place on the water, nice rooms (contemporary), good restaurant, good wine list. I can hear the ocean from my room at night makes me do this -->
