To enjoy the movie in the comfort of my own place and not have a lot of people talking and whispering through out the film? $7-12 per movie would be ideal.

Not that I can't afford, but I wouldn't want to watch new releases at home. There's some magic in going to the movies, smelling popcorn and all that. Love it!

I have a high end professional home theater and enjoy watching movies in it. Would I even consider paying the 20k and then $500 a movie? No. Your looking at a very small group of people that would be interested. The price is high even for the 1% of people with real high end theaters. The customer would have to absolutely love movies and it basically be their hobby. Just because people have the money to easily drop on this doesn't mean they will when they could drive down the street and pay $5.

$500 to watch a movie once!? I can go OnDemand and get it for $5 after 2 months... I know money is no object for some people, but even then I don't see a ton of people going for this unless they absolutely LOVE movies.

honestly 500/movie isn't that bad to get new releases imho. It's not like you would HAVE to watch every new movie that comes out but ones like the Dark Night and others that i'm real excited for I would pay for. Biggest reason is having kids and having to find someone to watch them. Plus you figure if you let 5-10 close friends come watch the movie the price per person isn't bad. Although i'm sure with my friends I'd be footing the bill

Getting close to $500 per movie I'd personally prefer a yearly payment of $20,000 (25% discount) as pre-payment for 52 releases.
