    Default TV in Kitchen

Like the tittle says ... I just got a new penthouse with my buddies and well we want to put a tv in the kitchen. Unfortunately there is no cable output in the kitchen.

So here is the real question anyone use like a wireless cable jack? Something like wifi cable. We don't want to run like a 25ft cable in some random getto style. Plus the fact that there is tile and wood everywhere we can not exactly put the cable under the carpet.

thanks for the help in advance and also if you have other suggestions feel free to share.

For the lowest price and most clean look I would suggest:

Purchase the cable from Lowe's/Home Depot(or any store that supplies the cables) and run it along the baseboard with cable securing tacks. (Hardwood flooring)

Alternatively, run it below the baseboard and right under/along the edge of the carpet until you reach the kitchen flooring, then back up on the baseboard/molding.

Lastly, drill through the motha fackin wall bro (with long drill bit) and hang that shit outside and then drill right back in behind the TV. Don't forget the sealant.

    Good luck.

Do it yourself through the ceiling if the joists run parallel to how you want it. Or if there is an unfinished basement run it up from the floor. So many options available if you want to do the work yourself.

I'd never have the cable co. install your wire in-house. we specifically told ours do NOT drill through the wood floor, use this conduit that we had cleared out and put a pull wire into. I go outside and what do I hear? a freaking drill going through the brand new cherry. Sufficed to say we got a few months of free premium cable service. Am I jaded from this experience? Probably.

Well it is apartment ... which we are paying monthly for. We cant exactly drill wholes. But I found a way to put the cable in the air vents and run it into the kitchen. Only a tad bit will be exposed but no one will notice. Hope so.

Drill a hole and patch it after you don't need a 3" hole just a 1/2 or smaller something that can be easily patched. Wires drive me fvcking crazy!!
