Looking for a Receiver for a B&W Setup. Help!
Hey guys,
I'm fairly new to the home theater world. I need a reciever and i've heard a ton of options but I need some good advice.
I've heard Okoyo807 , Rotel 1550 ... and so on.
Here is the setup, I dont need anything super fancy just something that will allow me to get the most out of the speakers. Id like to keep the price point under 2k.
B&W cm9 fronts
B&W cm5 rears
B&W cmc2 center
JL F113 sub
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks

Yamaha RX-V3900 or -RX-Z7 if you can get a deal. That's what I recommend to most of my customers great receivers. I am a dealer never had problems or complaints on countless installs for just about any budget.

I think they are all great but cant touch the Yamahas features wise and user friendlyness but if I had to choose otherwise I'd stick to the Onkyo.I'm also an onkyo dealer but I sell more Yamaha by 5:1.

I have a similar system. After much research I chose an Integra receiver. Its Onkyo's premier brand. Better than yamaha, denon etc. and way more features than a Rotel.

Rotel and B&W are made for eachother. Features schmeatures. You want quality products. After the first hour you won't use any of the "features". I bought Rotel when I was 16. It's still working great 16 years later.
