yeah i bought a samsung dvd recorder that i wanted to record HBO boxing fights off my comcast dvr BUT it says "copy right protected" upon checking the internet it turns out it has something abou macrovision software to protect piracy dvd and so on.

is there anything i could do to go around that? any of you cats know about code free dvd recordable players? any help please
