    I believe this to be too good ot be true but I found these on craigslist for waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay under retail value

    Excellent condition theater seating for 5 adults.
    Manufactured by Lovan, extremely comfortable.
    Non-smoker, original owner, very well cared for.
    Purchased in 2007, individual seats sell new for $600/seat!
    No trades please, pickup only.
