I really like it. I would put the ER logo on the top right and in the back please use the gr logo the way I provided it, the distance between the writing and the icon is wrong.

Sounds good Raw thanks! I will make the changes tonight before I get it to the printer. I think Team Six1Five already started printing their shirts. It has the same back design :/
