    Not yet. I assume I'll get mine this week. I think I ordered the 1st day they posted they were available.

    They were shipped to our distributor. Should be there any day for all orders to be filled same day. They actually contacted me all mailing envelopes are ready with addresses on them just need the copies to come in.

    has anyone recieved their copy? i ordered on the day of release but still havnt got a confirmation or a parcel tracking number
