VanNess Ave. to 101 was a nightmare; took us like 20 minutes just to get to the onramp. The F430 behind me got ahead and made a wrong turn on 101 to I-80 East (Bay Bridge to Oak-Town!)... C-Ya! Along the way down 101, there was no sign of the convoy but did see Tom's G-machine pulled over (S.F. Police actually pulled their weapons on them from what they told at the gas station), and the light-Blue Murci Spyder was also pulling out his drivers license for a CHP officer.

It wasn't until I got near Salinas that I finally caught up with some of the groups that were gassing up. Some were just leaving, others gassed up before and after us so we were all strung out I guess. BIG thanks to Ed and his wife(?) for supplying me with much needed water! Kirby/Andy caught up with us along with Tom and his female officer

Thanks to the L4P crew and everyone that I met. I finally shook hands with EE, Rev'd, Abel, Veron; got huge warm hugs from Aime, Andrea, and Kayla; met new friends that I hope to meet again on future outings - just so many people and after 3 or was it 4 drinks, my memory got real fuzzy with names so I'll apologize in advance if I don't recall your names!

I didn't hang with Abel as much as I did Aimee so I can only comment about her: I think she's Wonderwoman - incredible perserverance in keeping this event well oiled and organized... I was amused at her trying to keep her I-Phone charged; I think she needs one of those fanny-pack battery packs that can hook to an I-phone for 24 hours of continous use! Thank you for the Merlot!!!!

Abel: it was a pleasure working with you. This has to happen again. I know you were just as busy which is why I didn't see much of you; I think you need to be cloned... you were just EVERYWHERE.. upstairs, downstairs, outside, inside!

BG: deep inside, I love you. Pun, I hate you because you have her. ;-) Shannon, you are sweeter than honey... HONESTLY! I can't wait to see ya again.

Kirby: I know why your theme was PAC-MAN - you eat just like him!!!!

Knick/Raw: I am so happy to have helped out with this event; I know one of these days, I'm going to have to do the whole thing but even if I don't, I've enjoyed every moment of this small segment and you can count on me for help next year.
