I'm not an engineer, and I can't really draw what I'm thinkin' now, but I'll try to explain

maybe you can contact a company that has experience with making plexi glass borders for swimming pools
here a picture that I saw some months before, googled it again.

I even found a picture of a plexi glass swimming pool, so it exists.

If they could make a swimming pool, formed like a bowl, then you could hang this into the seiling of the garage.
And you could park the cars around it. So you can still see the cars when walking around the pool, in every angle. And you could still see nice women swimming, while cleaning your rims.
Also, must the glass ever burst the tons of water won't fall onto your cars. Sure, they'll be wet, but didn't take that much pressure.

    OR

you could only make a part of your swimming pool in plexi. So the last few meters end up in your garage seiling.
a bit like what they did here:

i like the idea of a personal underground garage, that'd be pretty awesome to have
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." - Steve Jobs

It is possible, but will take a lot of engineering to guarantee the structural integrity of the pool and garage.

It would depend on how big said pool is. To find the weight of the pool you first need to find the volume by pi * diameter^2 / 4) * depth then multiply the volume by the density. Another factor would be if it is a salt water pool. The thickness of the glass matters as well as the structural shape. This is considering that you want the garage directly under the pool.

    I'm no math genius so...
