Default Garage Addition - Cost Estimate

    L4P Members,

I'm looking to add a 3-car garage addition to my house. Does anybody have some cost estimates for addiding a basic 3-car garage (3 individual doors). Nothing fancy. Almost list a storage unit with 3 garage doors that can fit 3 cars comfortable and easily assessible (don't want to play door games with the other cars; a little space between the cars)

Thanks in advance to all who reply!

I know a shed with a garage door costs 10k to build. My neighbor god one done and it has no insulation and no drywall.

I would say 15k X 3. It you are looking for some thing simple. Add some paint and storage bin expect to pay 5k more. Also it depends on how well you want the garage integrated with your house. In total you will be paying something like around 60k + cost of how well the garage is integrated with your house ... if you want a good job it will cost a bit.

Your best bet is to call like 3 -4 different guys from your area and ask them to come over and give you a quote.

I know for our house we got the builder to do it. He did a much better job I know it costed more but it was worth it. However, he did fvck up the driveway. There are bumper scrape marks all over it.
