The black VW is my car; and one of the bikes; I share everything else.
I'm content living at home, I'd like to hold off on throwing money away for rent.

Moto Guzzi V11 Sport to the right of the Z4MC, a pair of Aprilia RS50s in front of the Z, a MV Agusta Brutale 750s between the cars, and a pair of 1st gen Yamaha R6s to the left of the VW.

I throw away about $1500 a month for rent in downtown Seattle. I’ve lived in my own house(which I bought new), my own apartments, a friend’s apartment, multiple girlfriends houses, my brother’s house and the parent’s house(which they’re giving to me). After living in all those places I have to agree with you. Stay at home if you don't have any problem obtaining lady-friends. Just my opinion of course.

I have a lady...she's okay with it for now.

I'll do it at some point...but for now I'm content on saving.
I have a good friend who saved up enough cash after being home from college that he put money down on a brand new house.
