Starting my garage revamp soon.
Will be revamping my garage, already have all new light fixtures, paint colors and some really cool murals ready to go. Working on the flooring options as well as some crown molding and new cabinets. I have been inspired by this forum.
Here are the before shots..

Being in the midwest it has to be durable. I going to go with tile with griots garage floor mats on top to catch all the road crap from winters wrath. I already have to run dehumidifiers in the winter to keep the moister out. Any other ideas would be great. I have two girls with another on the way, so I also need a space in the garage for their bikes, trikes etc...MTK where do you keep your kids stuff at?

True man cave potential with that nook in the corner. Already looks solid, excited to see what you do!

No wonder my ears were burning last night...
Are you going with VCT tile and mats on top? If you have a moisture problem, the only way to go is RaceDeck. Any moisture trapped under the RD tiles will just evaporate as it's a floating floor. RaceDeck has the FreeFlow tile that offers maximum airflow and drainage of liquids and debris. You can hose out the debris. You can use solid tiles combined with the FreeFlow to create drainage areas. That way the girls have a smooth surface, but you also have a way of handling the debris.

Here are the other styles. Let me know and I can get a FreeFlow sample and another tile type sample sent to you. RaceDeck pioneered the modular garage flooring industry. They manufacture more flooring each year than all of their competitors combined.

Feel free to contact me anytime with questions!
