Garage setup w/epoxy floor
Hi guys, just recently moved into my newly built home. Along with it is my 24x24 garage. Matching tool chest and cabinets, finished with granite and a stainless steel trim. Only the Audi parked in there for now, doing a bar style stool set up table where the couch is to get 2 cars in there comfortably! Garage floor is an industrial strength epoxy coating with full flake broadcast! The posts on the lawn are being taken down by the builder next week.
HRE wheel just to add a little car guy presence! AGV Valentino rossi helmet wall art as well

Thanks for the kind words. Paid $600k, about $150k less then its worth (my builder totally screwed up)

600k! Ouch, I guess I shouldn't bitch about the prices in Vegas. I bought my last house in 06 for 425k and short sold it for 185k in 11.
