    Congratulation on the new place. It looks like it was a model home at some point? I really like the oversized garage - you don't see that too much anymore on non-custom new construction homes.

    Your home packs a lot of punch for 1900 sqft. Nice garage too... You don't normally see that kind of setup with a couch etc in a 2-car but you pullled it off
