Fabulous story. I can only imagine what that encounter must have felt like. Once in a lifetime experience. Thank you for sharing.
How did you get your GTO if you don't mind me asking? There were only 36 made right? I thought most were in museums or in private collections.

I have watched some of your youtube videos, truly fantastic to watch those GTO's and the California fly around up on mulholland. I hope you don't mind that I include them in this post, I'm sure others will enjoy watching these videos as much as I did. By the way when will the GTO documentary be finished?

Oh wow. Those videos are phenomenal! 18 million is a large chunk of change for a vehicle, but from the sounds of those cars, it seems to be 18 million well spent.
