I was just gonna comment on that. If it were "Baby" or a nba star or floyd mayweather in the car the comments would be different.

there would be comments like "no class" ghetto, tasteless or donk or wtf,too blingy. come on because hes a sponsor on the forum its "cool" all of a suddden.

How can you categorically claim that everyone's praise is simply because he is a sponsor? Is this some ancient, Egyptian psychic ability I am not aware of?

In all seriousness though, I've seen this car in person.... it looks really good. I'm not a big wheel fan either.

As a racer myself, I particularity enjoyed his comments about performance as well. This is usually my first complaint about big wheels. The fact that he and his company really research this type of stuff says a lot I think.

by no means am I "hatin" on Diko. i happen to like the way he pushes the envelope. I also like the fact that he covers every target audience from the wealthy to a someone who is ballin on a budget. alot of campanies dont do that.

lets face the facts, Diko came up on urban clients. "HIP-HOP" made him wealthy. all im saying is that before this forum was formed and some of these same people were on other forums (because i was on them too) Giovanna as well as Asanti wheels were called heavy or too blingy or crap. you should have stayed stock if you didnt have a set of HREs or maya or Brabus etc...

Ill give you a perfect example there was a thread on here and ill find if need be. Lebron James whom has a similar car had a set of GFG wheels was bashed for having them on an exotic. i think it was a unique autosport thread.
its just light weight Racism in my book that when people of color design cars to their liking. the comments are 90% negative. I am too to blame because i have learned about weight, forged wheels carbon fiber wheels etc and understand some of the benifits of performance wheels vs. flossin.

I'm not a big fan of some of these BIG wheels cars but when the owner has them on his Bentley its COOL when the comsumer buys them for his( new to him) cpo benz, his Donk or scraper they are tasteless.

what you are saying seems to have some merit. but the car in this thread works well because the wheels look nearly stock.

but if this was a rapper or athlete then the comments would be alot worse for some reason.
