Sorry for the late response to your question.
There is no difference upper or lower, customer usually prefer top if there car is new, just because they think the car above would leak some kind of fluid. but when the drivers load the cars and strap them down, after words they cover the car with the softest and finest plastic car cover, that does not damage or hurt your vehicle in any shape or form...

There isn't much difference, some customers prefer it to be on top, because they think if they have it on the bottom deck the car above would leak some sort of fluid. but the reality is that after the vehicles are loaded we cover the vehicle with the finest and softest plastic car cover you can find, which does not hurt your vehicles paint in any way shape or form.
