    Of coure its 10 seconds faster than an Enzo, but the real comparisson is: Is it 10 seconds faster than an FXX, the car it replaced. In any case, I saw the 599 XX in person running on track in Valencia and the thing is awesome!

    Street car vs. race car

    I believe Edo Competition is already in the works to make a street legal version of the 599xx, which should be awesome!!!

    Smart move by the Ferrari boys - have customers not just pay for R&D in the final product but during development. Can't complain about what's wrong on a prototype now can you???

    Also changing the philosophy on electronics to "go faster with 'em" rather than "switch 'em off for better performance" is a great move.

    Shifting the thrill of owning to the thrill of being a part of creating something as special as a Ferrari is while saving R&D cash - good business I say.
