Install a Escort Passport 9500 ci. Problem solved. Or become Alex Roy and evade the cops like Batman.

If you guys haven't read Alex Roy's The Driver, stop what you are doing and Google it. You can find a free PDF of it if you look hard enough. Then you won't be able to put it down.

Slowing down is a buzzkill. I'll have to read it later on when I have time I saved it on my desktop

This weekend went for a nice cruise in the Aston, turned of the radio, put on the radar, and just listen to the sound of it. My favourite thing about the car is the sound! Driving is probably the most relaxing thing for me

But it beats spending a night behind bars for felony fast fun or having to deal with a Cop who thinks he owns the place. America needs an Autobahn. We certainly have places where you could put crazy long straights. Sadly our driver's ed system would need a serious overhaul in order for that to be even remotely safe.

+1! I am right there with you, buddy! It's definitely nice to just jump in one of the cars to clear my head. Glad others feel this way. Tonight is almost one of those nights.

Wait America doesn't have an Autobahn? What the hell have I been driving so fast on? Oh that's the 101, 5, and 405 freeways, never mind

I went for a drive today... I raged at the amount of traffic.

The best time to go for a drive is actually two times. Magic hour, be near some fun roads right as the sun is setting. If you have some scenic areas, magic hour will set them on fire. Then the other time is midnight till about 4 AM. That is when there will be the least amount of traffic and right in the heart of grave yard shift. If you research for a good night to drive before you go, find when the full moon is and what time it comes up and goes down. If you can pull it off, a moon set with some clouds but not a whole lot is awesome even if you aren't driving. Autumn is probably one of the best times of the year to go for a drive. Driving in the snow can also be a ton of fun. Empty parking lots covered in snow become an awesome slip and slide.

Completely agree. Nothing better than a night time mountain run to clear the head, and get the endorphins cranking.
