Pro Tip: Clean Your Ferrari Before Taking It To Concours
Had a great time down in Lexington for the Keenland Concours d' Elegance. Some awesome cars came and some of the best were in the paid parking where people bring their cars that were not in the show, including a 25th anniversary countach, SLS, ect...
BUT One of the Ferraris that strolled up and parked next to a similar 550 was a surprise. The interior alone was atrocious, trashed, and dusty beyond belief. The exterior was a wild color, that changed from blue to green, but it didn't hide the obvious dents, gouges, scratches, heavy dust, and bird poop. And to top it off, the owner slapped TWO bumper stickers on the back. A real shame. I wanted to clean it on spot!

And some of the better taken care of whips that arrived...

That's what happens when you buy a Ferrari without realizing how much maintenance costs... sad.
DRINK MORE SCOTCH.

This owner should be hung from his toes for this crime! Who the hell puts those type of bumper stickers on a Ferrari! I'm a foster home for neglected and abused exotics...send them to me, I'll take good care of em and give them a loving home lol.

Money doesnt buy you class.... In my days as a Ferrari employee, I saw stuff like this all the time. People that bit off more than they could chew and would drive around in 360's blowing smoke, 430's with dash lights like xmas trees, 328's with electrical smoke coming from behind the dash.
People buy these to tell people they "own" a ferrari... but have no idea what cars like these entail. I take better care of my off road Jeeps.I MAKE BALLER CARS MORE BALLER......

I don't know if I would say this is someone who bit off more than they can chew, but this is certainy someone who has no respect for the car. It doesn't take much to clean your car or even have a mobile detailer come clean it. It looks like it has never been cleaned and the owner must have hit many parking stumps or just bottomed out. I just don't understand how someone can care so little about the quality of their Ferrari, yet still bring it out to a car event.

I'd clean it for free just so I wouldn't have to look at it like that. Wonder why the owner even brought it out like that, I personally would be embarrassed but to each his own.
The rest of the pics made me feel better though lol, especially that 599 gto
