IndoChino
Has anyone had any experience with www.indochino.com ? I am very tempted to order a few things, but I'm on the fence still.

the Magnificent Bastard reviewed a bunch of online custom shirt companies a while back:

I have ordered 2 suits, like 6 dress shirts, etc.
Awesome company, best customer service I've ever experienced. Great quality and I'll admit I tweaked a few of my sizes after my first suit (after tailoring) and everything fits super well now!

Very nice, I'm thinking I'll order one suit and one shirt to start and see how I like it.
When you tweaked your sizes what did you need to have done?

... 2 suits and a shirt... very pleased with the fit and finishing of the suits. As with lifeoftheparty, both suits needed a little tweaking, but that is expected of anything mail-order. Better than a tailored suit I got here in Qatar by far.

They give you up to $75 in alterations.
2nd one barely needed any tweaking. On the dress shirts I came in an inch or half inch around the waist to make it slimmer."Whatever you're thinking, think bigger." - Tony Hsieh

I love their suits. My first one needed extra tailoring (which they paid for) and is now perfect. My second two were pretty much spot on. The fabric is nice and a good year round weight. The tailoring is pretty much spot on. The details and fit set it so far apart from anything you would find off the rack. A custom suit is really the way to go, and Indochino makes it so easy and cheap, it's a no brainer.
To the folks with their shirts, how do they do in the non-iron area? This is a big one for me since I travel and can't always be worrying about wrinkles.

I have ordered more than 7 suits from them and I also run a blog dedicated to Indochino. You can find it at Indochino Review - all you need to know. Check out the guide, I think it's really helpful if it's your first purchase. It has to be said that not every Indochino suit turns out perfect right away, I also still need alterations or remakes on my orders. You have to be pretty patient for it to make it work, but it's great value for money overall, I think. ProperSuit.com is a worthy rival if you want to check out alternatives.
