Creative Recreation...anyone know them?
I recently went to Nordstroms to try out a pair of Creative Recration shoes before I purchased a couple pairs online. Turns out fit is great, so I snagged a pair of the Cesario Lo.
Well, 2 "wears" later (maybe 3hrs of wear), the stitching is already come unraveled
So I went to their website, sent an email to them showing my seemingly faulty shoe, and its been over a week with no response.
I by now means intend to bad mouth or give them bad rapport, but just curious if they would either replace my shoe(s) or possibly a refund.
Anyones' advice?
Here's pic for reference:

good luck... I had the same prob with Sperry. They wanted me ot pay for shipping out to a some factory where they would review the shoes and then get back to me in a few weeks...
im guessing its the same.

You need to read the return policy of the online vendor. I had a problem with a pr of sneakers from Karmaloop after one wearing. They will take back defective shoes as well as unworn pair. So read the company policy.

Would it be Nordstroms return policy or CR policy, because I purchased them at Nordstroms?

I have a pair of CR shoes. They are not as wrecked as yours and I have had mine for a good 6 months. Maybe yours are really a defect.

I have several pairs of CR's and never had a problem but some of my friends have had the tongue fall out, stitching unravel like yours, etc. I guess they just have inconsistent quality. You should take it back to Nordstrom though as Amongst kings said.

I've also had a few pairs and haven't had any problems. I would bring it back.
