    where i worked it was more important you had a H-1B visa and would work for less than a citizen.

    For a while I worked at a retail location. Small business, not a large corporation, but people would come in looking for applications in their pajamas.. Needless to say we would just let them fill it out to read them and laugh.

    Not only how they present themselves as far as appearance, but how they present themselves by the way they write is another thing.... Unbelievable what some people would put on an application.. Kinda like Snookie on Jersey Shore putting TAN on the application because shes not white (or w/e), shes TAN

    I had a friend that owned a large firm he would look at the applicants shoes to see if the entire shoe was shined when they came in. He said if the heal of the shoe wasn't polished he said they applicant was a slacker.....
