When I bought mine I just picked a pair of normal sunglasses then went to a prescription lenses store and they fit prescription glass in them.

I bought a pair around this time last year. They weren't cheap.

You can essentially put a lens into any sunglass frame as long as the frame isn't too curved (wraparound style).

Depending on the severity of your prescription not all frames/manufacturers make a product able to handle a fairly thick lens. Oakley for example cannot go above a + or - 4 in either eye.

i see, because that is my concern. i want some good looking ones such as these:

but on the order options, the maximum on their site says +4 but my right eye has a +4.25 power. so im worried i might have to get some ugly ones :/

Have you considered Maui Jim? Not sure if they also go up to your prescription.

Go check with your optometrist, they should usually carry some sunglasses there, and you would be able to ask them if they are able to fill the prescription.

+1 I was surprised to see that they carry name brands at affordable prices. If you have eye vision insurance that definitely will help as well.

Stay away from Eyemasters. I went there and bought Armani Exchange frames and on the frames it said they were made in China. Go figure

your prescription isn't that bad. it is past the first cut off point so you will be limited somewhat. a google search will give you a ton of info. wileyx makes sunglasses for bikers and they are available for prescriptions. sorry i couldn't provide much more info. i stopped looking after i realized i was too blind for any that looked good (-10).
