    Default Some opinions on a shirt for an interview

    Need to go look for a shirt today, I'm going to wear some grey slacks, black shoes and of course a black belt, haven't decided on a shirt, and while I'm at it maybe a tie too! I was thinking of a white shirt but not certain at the moment! THANKS!

    I'd go with a black slim fitted shirt.

    Ihave one, but that's sort of what I wanted to avoid lol, if it comes down to it i'll wear it but I was trying to go for a change from the normal black shirt.

    Men's Interview Attire

    •Solid color, conservative suit
    •White long sleeve shirt
    •Conservative tie
    •Dark socks, professional shoes
    •Very limited jewelry
    •Neat, professional hairstyle
    •Go easy on the aftershave
    •Neatly trimmed nails
    •Portfolio or briefcase

    I don't bring a briefcase because I don't have anything to put in it. A nice leather portfolio with a couple tabs is usually a winner.

    lolll i copied and pasted it off the net. If I was interviewing someone and they brought a briefcase, id ask him to leave. So yea def ex the briefcase


    My buddy told me, some kid he knew would bring a briefcase to work and all he would have in it was his lunch.

    Please don't wear a black shirt!
    Some kind of colored shirt, with a very light pinstripe and a nice tie is all you need for an interview.

    I ended up with a white shirt, and LOL @ the brief case with only a lunch ahaha
