Default A mans wallet is a wallet for most, I'm thinking about a Ettinger Wallet...

A wallet is a wallet for most; I am the first to admit that but still, men still need some things to represent them well, the pen they use, the watch they wear, wedding band if so inclined and for me that includes my wallet.

Over the years I have owned a few (LV (Cliché I know), Gucci, Coach and even an old school MCM from the 90's I still love that wallet too!) I also still have the first leather wallet ever given to me by my Grandmother some 35 years ago and I still use it today just to remember her now and again.

None more special than hers to me as that was a gift wallet given and not personally bought...I still have the good luck penny she put in there for me too

However, my question is has anyone or does anyone own an Ettinger and if so, how do you like it?

I was thinking of trying the Purple Collection but found them out of stock and then saw the Pinstripe.

    Thanks in advance,

Men don't need wallets. Get a money clip.

Money clips are not a replacement they are more of an accessory.

I personally don't like having everything showing such as CC's, ID and or cash when making a purchase or needing my ID for anything.

So what you are saying is...

    You don't know.

I don't know what I would need it for. Cash and a few pieces of plastic don't require a wallet. Why not just carry a purse if you need to?

I personally don't care what you need.

I was asking for an opinion if A. Anyone here had the experience of owning one and B. What they thought of the quality/brand there in itself, not at the fact that you feel 'men' should use money clips.

My understanding is that a money clip is for well...money, not money, ID and few credit cards but to each his own though.
